You must confirm your sign up in order to start earning points. You earn points on every purchase you make at Canna Remedies. Points are calculated on the base price of the product, before taxes and fees. Just give your phone number to the Product Specialist at checkout to earn points.
Signing up is easy! Register on our website here or through the Canna Remedies app with your name, phone number, and email address.
Points can take up to 24 hours to update after your purchase. If you are still missing points, it is likely that your phone number or email on your account was not used when checking out at the store. It’s imperative that you provide your phone number to our staff to make sure your transaction is recorded under your customer account.
Your points balance can be viewed on the Canna Remedies app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play). You can also ask a Product Specialist when you check out in store.
Points are redeemable in store! Just let us know that you’re ready to redeem your reward when you’re checking out in store.
Your points expire 90 days after your most recent transaction. Be sure to provide the Product Specialist with your phone number when checking out in store to ensure it is recorded under your customer account.
